DENARASE High Salt is an engineered version of the standard DENARASE endonuclease with only a few amino acids substitutions to enable improved salt tolerance. Compared to the wild-type enzyme, DENARASE High Salt is more tolerant to elevated salt concentrations and a broader pH spectrum and so offers a greater flexibility in bioprocessing.
